Project Scope: Site selection & design of a Primary and Secondary Dwelling (Granny Flat).

Good use of site for access with very private outdoor areas.

Strategy: build and hold for yield.

Outcome: Both new dwellings rented within 1 weeks of handover for around 6.5% Gross Yield. Rental results achieved by Lucinda Morgan - Leading Property Group Lavington.
152-154 Lawrence St - Wodonga

Project Scope: delivery of a multi-dwelling development in central Wodonga.
​
A challenging site in terms of access, shape and drainage.
​
Strategy: develop and sell to owner occupier market.
​
Outcome: At time of writing, only 1 dwelling remaining for sale. Excellent prices achieved through good design, well chosen finishes and appointment of a good real estate agent. Sales acheived by Heidi Bourke - Sell Buy Rent Real Estate.
4-6 Wilson St - Wodonga

Project Scope: Subdivision, construction of 4 x 2 bedroom townhouses. Clients conducted their own renovation on the two existing dwellings on site.
​
Judicious selection of colours and materials (including recycled bricks to suit the locality) ensured a quality outcome.
​
Strategy: build and develop for sale.
​
Outcome: All 4 new dwellings sold to a variety of clients and both existing dwellings ultimately sold as well. Sales achieved by Heidi Bourke - Sell Buy Rent Realestate.
16 Chenery St - Wodonga

Project Scope: Subdivision, construction of 2 x 3 bedroom townhouses. Clients conducted their own major renovation on the existing dwelling on site.

Good design, a quality renovation conducted very well by the client ensured the desired result on this project.
